What is Thai Yoga?
Thai Yoga is a form of body work that has been practiced in Thailand for over 2,000 years. Thai Yoga uses a combination of acupressure, energy meridian work and yoga like stretching for a uniquely invigorating and balancing experience.
This is a partner workshop so be prepared to work with someone. You’re welcome to come alone and we will partner you up.
In this workshop, Jen discusses the nature and many benefits of Thai Yoga Massage. Partners have ample opportunity to work in pairs and practice simple techniques together that are fun and easy. You will walk away feeling loose, relaxed and energized from this hands-on workshop. No experience required. Please come dressed for stretching and comfort. Feel free to sign up with a partner. However, individuals are welcome and will be paired up as well.
Jen is a full-time yoga instructor with over 23 years of personal practice and 14 years of teaching experience. She studied traditional Thai Yoga at the Thai Institute Of Healing Arts in Arlington, VA in 2005. She’s been a Thai Yoga Practitioner for over a decade. Join her to learn to bring relief to muscle pain through intention and healing techniques in this playful and informative workshop.
